On May 11, 2011 the planets Jupiter and Venus will form a conjunction at 24 degrees Aries. This commences (what I’ll be terming here) the cycle of abundance. The next Jupiter-Venus conjunction is in March 2012, so this new beginning is relevant for the following 10 months. Let’s have a closer look.
Much fanfare surrounds Jupiter and Venus in astrology for they are traditionally classified as the “benefics.” Jupiter pertains to opportunity, expansion, thinking “big” and taking a bite out of life. Like a cosmic cheerleader, it’s energy is encouraging and daring. Venus involves money and material objects, connections, culture, and feeling contentment. It allows us to be comfortable and enjoy life. Together, they join in far-reaching plans (Jupiter) to create personal security (Venus).
We’re talking about making money here! There are 2 critical pieces to address: First, what is your plan? In order to work this cycle effectively, there must be solid intention about a clear and attainable goal. Second, how is it going to be implemented? No matter how clear our intentions are, we can not expect abundance to be delivered by a fat man in a red suit. It is completely up to us to do the necessary steps that are in maximal alignment with our intentions. As the cycle moves around, ideally we watch our seeds sprout.
Jupiter-Venus is a most fortuitous combination, but there is also a shadow: overconfidence, coming only from a place of egoic gain, unrealistic ambition, treating others as pawns or commodities, or over-selling ourselves. Nevertheless, if we can stay humble and aligned with soul purpose, this is an ideal time to the seize the day. So, gather your thoughts together and set your course. It’s often helpful to speak or somehow share our intentions with the world, so here’s mine:
“My intention is to expand Soul Vision Consulting to reach a broader pool of clients, readers, and participants interested in spiritual growth. I ask the universe for partnership and increased participation in the collective flow and exchange of money and services. I intend to graciously use the abundance accrued as fuel to actively serve the world most effectively and invest in its betterment. The purpose is to support the evolution of consciousness on this planet for enhanced individual and collective well-being. May it be so.”

Not sure where to look for the planetary influence by the hour. I’d try Astrodienst, and if they don’t have it, they might have info on where else to go.
what I meant to ask is, I want to be a fulfilled Leo/person/soul according to who I am, what do you think I can/should do to become a fulfilled person. What would I excel at? is this too complicated?: again, only if you have the time.

I love this – the cycle of Abundance, consisting of the Jupiter-Venus cycle. What a concept! Watching for the important aspects, such as conjunctions, squares, trines, sextiles, and oppositions (and also minor aspects such as the semisquare (45 degrees), and the sesquiquadrate (135 degrees)) gives signposts for doing manifesting energy work, setting goals, creating intentions, and also being thankful for what we have and what we’ve created, and taking stock of what we have to evaluate if it is really serving us and serving Life.
